can route through your usual procurement. Strategy hour is prepaid via
Stripe invoice on booking. For multi-quarter engagements or equity-adjusted
arrangements, write to me. Sensible exceptions are possible if the work is right.

Why a paid Strategy hour instead of a free call? +
Because the free 30-minute call answers "is this a fit". The paid Strategy hour answers "what should I actually do". Different work, different commitment. The pre-paid bar also keeps the slot quality high for both of us.
Why fixed-scope packages instead of hourly? +
Because hourly billing rewards slow work. I charge for the outcome: a shipped feature, a hired team, a decision you can defend. You always know what you are getting and what it costs.
Why custom quotes for Build and Fractional? +
Scope variance is large. A focused 6-week build for an experienced team and a 12-week build for a less experienced one are different engagements. Custom quotes let me price on the value of the outcome instead of pretending one number fits every case.
What if my problem does not fit any of these? +
Start with a Strategy hour or an Assessment. Either gives us enough shared context to scope something custom. If we end up doing a Pilot or Build together, the prior work rolls into the new engagement.
Do you sign NDAs and work through procurement? +
Yes. I have shipped inside enterprises for a decade and am used to security reviews, DPAs, and procurement timelines. Anand Creations is Swiss based and happy to work through your standard contracting process.
Do you work with US clients across time zones? +
Yes. I overlap mornings CET with US East-coast afternoons, and have shipped with US teams before. For US engagements I default to weekly demos and async written updates so the time delta works for us, not against us.
Can you augment my existing team? +
